Estate and Trust Administration

After the death of a loved on, the Trustee, Personal Representative or trusted family member, if there is no Will or Trust, will need assistance of an experienced attorney and staff to the properly collect the estate assets, pay the estate claims and taxes and distribute the remaining assets pursuant to the law.

Will Contests & Trust Litigation

Wills may be contested for unsoundness of mind of the testator, undue execution of the Will, execution of the Will under duress or by fraud, or any other valid objection to the Wills validity.
Will contests must be filed within three months after the date of the Order admitting the Will to probate. Trust contests have different but similar provisions. In rare instances, family member abuse a power of attorney to change the title to assets or to steal assets immediately before death.
